Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four focused on building a positive, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset into the agency.
I attended Oklahoma State University, where I ran cross country and track. I’m a proud parent of two daughters, and we stay very active as a family. I’m also highly involved in the community, serving with the Brookside Business Association, a local Neighborhood Association, and the Tulsa Triathletes board. I also enjoy giving back by coaching middle school cross country and track.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chuck Sloan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
